Pack Your Items
Place your jewellery back in its original SORU branded packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
